Chico Zaidan Mendez
I hold a degree in Communication from PUC-SP and a Master’s degree in Political Science from Georgetown University.
I have lived in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Caracas, Washington and New York. I have written for newspapers and magazines, worked in radio, reviewed books, interviewed fascinating people and written essays — but I chose to leave journalism early on. In advertising, I coordinated dozens of sectoral, institutional and electoral projects in Brazil and across Latin America. My goal is to help companies, brands, associations, leaders and institutions free themselves from their biases and explore new perspectives.

Luciano Suassuna
I was born in Paraíba, but Brasília shaped my soul. I studied at the University of Brasília, covered Brazil’s Constitutional Assembly, and worked for the country’s leading newspapers and magazines.
I reported and edited hundreds of cover stories and front-page articles, served as a correspondent in Paris, led newsrooms and teams, wrote books, and received the Esso and Jabuti Awards. I held two public communication roles: Secretary of Communication for the Government of Brasília and Press Secretary to the Presidency of the Republic. In advertising, I worked on institutional, private and public campaigns, and in political marketing, I took part in mayoral, gubernatorial and presidential races.

Alvaro Bustillos
Venezuelan, with my heart in Brazil for over a decade. I am an art director with nearly 30 years of professional experience. I graduated from ProDiseño School of Visual Communication in Venezuela, where I also worked as a professor.
I led two of Caracas’ leading graphic design studios (MASA and LaMarca), creating and executing graphic projects worldwide.
My work spans branding, editorial projects (print and digital), art direction and motion graphics, as well as personal projects focused mainly on Latin American pop culture, which have been published and exhibited internationally.
I lived in Belo Horizonte and now reside in São Paulo, where I continue my work serving advertising agencies, brands, leaders, artists and audiovisual production companies in Brazil and across Latin America.

Cassio Faraco
I hold a degree in Communication from PUC-Rio. I began my career as an advertising copywriter at TV Globo and later moved to MPM.
I came to São Paulo at the invitation of Washington Olivetto to work at W/Brasil. I then had the privilege of working with the DPZ team and with Nizan Guanaes at África. Along the way, I also worked at Thompson and NBS. Throughout this journey, I took part in developing strategies for clients with challenges and ambitions of every scale, with special emphasis on Ford — a century-old brand that needed to become attractive again — and iFood, an unknown brand taking its first steps in the digital world.

Sílvia Suassuna
I am a political scientist (University of Brasília) and a postgraduate student in Political Marketing and Electoral Campaigns at USP.
I have experience in government relations consulting, supporting the agendas of 10 private-sector clients across different industries, as well as in electoral campaigns and institutional and corporate digital communication. I work with strategic communication at the intersection of politics, institutions and society, combining positioning, narrative and language to turn complex issues into clear, accessible and well-positioned messages, with a focus on reputation and institutional legitimacy.

Gabriel Simões
I earned a degree in Journalism from UFBA and a Master’s degree in Marketing from FGV. I built a startup back when startups were still a novelty. I was a partner in an advertising agency and, from early on, kept one foot — sometimes two — in political marketing.
In practice, this became experience: I coordinated campaigns for government, senate and mayoral races. I worked as a consultant and led digital strategy for major brands and infoproduct creators.
Along the way, I started connecting pieces that many treat separately without realizing it: narrative, positioning, media, product, reputation and conversion — all on the same board.
Now, with the AI revolution reshaping the market in real time, my work is to help companies, brands and professionals navigate this shift with clarity and judgment, using technology not just to gain efficiency, but to build real competitive advantage
